Terms of sale
Draft — not yet published
This page is a placeholder. A real set of sale terms
has to be written against the registered entity before the shop takes money, and a payment
provider will ask to see it during onboarding. It must cover:
- Who you are contracting with (registered entity and number)
- Prices, taxes and currency
- How an order is accepted
- Collection and carrier arrangements — the customer nominates and pays the carrier
- Risk passing to the customer on hand-over to that carrier
- Returns, faults and the statutory position
- Warranty on the wood
- Governing law
